Processing time
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. We plan to expand shipping to additional countries in the future — if you are outside the UAE and would like to be notified when we do, contact us at golf.rollers@gmail.com.
Shipping options and delivery times
At checkout, you can choose between two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping — Free — estimated delivery in 30–40 business days
- Express Shipping — AED 400 — estimated delivery in 5–8 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs processing, courier delays, or incorrect address information are outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or damaged shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at golf.rollers@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the courier and resolve the issue.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
